Mercury Features Applications Technical ROV'S Software   The Mercury sonar was originally designed for Mine Hunting and Classification. This application fully used the frequency agile system to combine lone-range target identification with short-range measurements. Now it is a standard on smaller observation ROV's where its compact size belies its exceptional performance and it has more applications. Available for 300m / 1000ft depth operation as standard, systems are also available for operation at 1000m, 3000m and 6000m. PC software is supplied with each system and can be used with a standard laptop without the need for dedicated surface equipment.
