Minerva is the new Sonar Controller from Sonavision.
This is a 19" rack, 2U high unit which is intended
for use in an ROV control cabin, where the sonar is
permanently installed. The Internal PC has a 300 MHz
processor, an embedded Windows XP operating system and
is supplied with operating software on a 256 MB solid
state flash memory card. Data can be recorded directly
onto RW-CDR or through Network connections.
Minerva can be supplied for operation with mouse and keyboard or with a hand controller.
Minerva replaces the Sonavision 2100, 2060, 2055 and
2050 surface units which although no longer manufactured,
